Terms of Service

1. What this site is

onepersonwins.com runs a free prize draw (every week). You enter your name and email, and one person is randomly selected to win a prize. It's free to enter, and there's no purchase necessary. Prizes are supplied by sponsors.

2. Who can enter

• You must be 16 years or older to enter.
• You must provide a valid email address that you have access to. If you win and we can't reach you, we can't send you the prize.
• You must be a real person. Automated entries, bots, and bulk signups aren't allowed and will be removed.
• The draw is open worldwide, unless a specific draw states otherwise (some prizes may have shipping restrictions).

3. How the draw works

• Each draw has a set period (usually one week). You can enter once per draw.
• When the draw closes, one winner is selected at random from all valid entries. Everyone gets an equal chance.
• The winner is displayed on the site (first name and last initial only — e.g. "Sarah T.").
• Results for each draw are publicly available on the site.

4. Prizes

• Prizes are supplied by sponsors and vary from draw to draw. The prize for each draw is shown on the site before the draw closes.
• Prizes are not exchangeable for cash unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original becomes unavailable.
• Estimated prize values are provided by sponsors and are approximate.

5. Claiming your prize

• If you win, we'll contact you via the email you entered with. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder).
• You'll have 14 days from the date we contact you to respond and claim your prize.
• If we don't hear back within 14 days, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
• To claim a prize, you may need to confirm your identity and provide a delivery address.
• We'll do our best to ship prizes worldwide, but some items may have geographical restrictions set by the sponsor.

6. Fair play

Don't do any of the following. If you do, we'll remove your entries and may ban you from future draws:

• Creating multiple accounts or entering with fake email addresses.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to enter.
• Attempting to interfere with the draw process or exploit the site.
• Entering on behalf of other people without their knowledge.

7. Your data

How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy Policy. The short version: we collect the minimum we need, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

8. Sponsors

Prizes are provided by third-party sponsors. onepersonwins is not responsible for the quality, condition, or suitability of prizes supplied by sponsors. If there's an issue with a prize, we'll do our best to help resolve it, but ultimate responsibility lies with the sponsor.

9. Liability

• The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime.
• We're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, beyond the value of the prize in the relevant draw.
• If a draw has to be cancelled (e.g. a sponsor withdraws), we'll let entrants know. No draw means no prize — but also no obligation.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll make it clear on the site. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
